Order Processing:

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received by 1:00 p.m. EST are normally processed the same business day, and orders received after that, are normally processed on the next business day, with the same is not a statutory holiday. Business day, shall mean any day other than the Saturday, Sunday or statutory holiday in the State of Michigan.

All customers will receive a confirmation e-mail once the order is placed, confirming receipt of your order, and another email once the payment has been processed.

Furthermore, another e-mail will be sent to you once the package has been shipped, along with your tracking number.

All items in this website are listed in US$.

We accept only Visa and MasterCard.

Sales tax:

eCASA VITTORIA charges the sales tax of 6% to all orders shipped to Michigan.

Order cancellations:

Unfortunately, orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been placed, since they are processed and fulfilled fairly quickly.

Stock availability:

Stock availability on this website changes frequently. Despite our continuous efforts, some of the merchandise appearing on the website may actually be out of stock. In such a case, your payment will be refunded and you will be notified by email.

eCASA VITTORIA ships strictly to the 48 Contiguous US states, plus Hawaii and Alaska.

All orders shipped to the 48 Continguous U.S. States will be shipped by either UPS or DHL with either the ground service delivery, 2-day delivery, or next day delivery services. (as shown above in box)

All orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska will incur an additional $10.00 (as shown above in box), and may be shipped only by the 2-Day or next day services, through either UPS or DHL.

Any shipments made to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO's are shipped by USPS Standard Mail (as shown above in box), and will take approximately 5-7 business days.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

At eCASA VITTORIA, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly accept returns (free of any damages and/or defects) within 21 days of delivery. Please note that the items must be returned in their original, unused condition, along with the original packaging and tags attached.

Also, please note that refunds are based on the total amount paid for the product(s), less any applicable shipping fees and a $4.95 re-stocking fee/item. In regards to items purchased with the free ground shipping option, the refund will be provided on the total amount paid for the product(s), less shipping fees & a $4.95 re-stocking fee/item.

All damaged or defective items received must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt in order to receive a full refund. You must report it to us by email at info@ecasavittoria.com.

All items discounted at 30% or more are final sale.

Steps to making a return:

1. Pack your return in the original shipping box, including the original packing slip.

2. Ship the package back to our address (as indicated below) by any carrier company of your choice. For your own security, we recommend that you insure your package for the full value of your return, and that you send it by a carrier company that is able to trace the package.

Exchanges:

eCASA VITTORIA is continuously striving to provide you with great new merchandise, and so we do not always carry large quantities of each style. So unfortunately, we cannot provide exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your original purchase, you may return it to us and make a new purchase.

We gurarantee the authenticity of all our products. We are an authorized dealer for every brand we sell.
