Business day, shall mean any day other than the Saturday, Sunday or statutory holiday in the State of Michigan.

12. How many days do we have to return an item?

    At eCASA VITTORIA, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly accept returns (free of any damages/and or defects), within 21 days of delivery. Please note that the items must be returned in their original, unused condition, along with the original packaging and tags attached.

    Also, please note that refunds are based on the total amount paid for the product(s), less any applicable shipping fees and a $4.95 re-stocking fee/item. In regards to items purchased with the free ground shipping option, the refund will be provided on the total amount paid for the product(s), less shipping fees & a $4.95 re-stocking fee/item.

    All items discounted at 30% or more are final sale.

13. How long do we have to report a damaged/defective item?

All damaged or defective items received must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt in order to receive a full refund. You must report it to us by email at info@ecasavittoria.com.

14. How do I return my order?

STEPS TO MAKING A RETURN:

  1. Pack your return in the original shipping box, including the original packing slip.

  1. Ship the package back to our address (as indicated below) by any carrier company of your choice. For your own security, we recommend that you insure your package for the full value of your return, and that you send it by a carrier company that is able to trace the package.

    eCASA VITTORIA is continuously striving to provide you with great new merchandise, and so we do not always carry large quantities of each style. So unfortunately, we cannot provide exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your original purchase, you may return it to us and make a new purchase.
